Nicole Alley is the founder of Playscapes USA, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive testing and safety inspections for athletic turf fields and playgrounds. With over a decade of experience in the parks and recreation industry, Nicole has worked on the design and development of numerous high-profile recreational spaces across Massachusetts, including the award-winning Owl Hill Playground in Waltham, MA the largest all-inclusive playground in the state.

 

In 2022, Nicole became a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), equipping her with the technical expertise to evaluate and ensure compliance with national safety standards such as ASTM, and CPSC. At Playscapes USA, she leads all testing operations, offering services that include:

• Gmax and HIC impact attenuation testing

• Ball roll, Infiltration, and Planarity Testing

• Grid Survey

• Playground safety inspection

 

Her unique blend of field design experience and safety certification positions her to deliver reliable, accurate, and standards-compliant evaluations that help communities, schools, and municipalities protect their investments and most importantly, their users.
